I don't know how many fucking kids are outside my building, but they're all making me sick. Looking outside, there appears to be at least 20 and I don't know where the fuck they came from.

There aren't many things that enrage me more than hearing teenagers hoot and holler non-stop, and this bunch has been doing it for over 15 minutes. That's right, 15 minutes. I'm guessing they're all about 16 to 17 years old and they've been drinking a lot, but that's not a justifiable excuse to act like obnoxious delinquents. They're lucky I don't have a gun, otherwise I likely would've shot them by now.

Seriously, some of the kids I've seen in my neighborhood are really pushing my limits. A few weeks ago, I was looking outside one of my windows I caught two people (apparently black as far as I could tell) jumping on almost every car across one block. I had a kitchen knife in my hand and I was thinking about putting them down, but immediately afterwards, I heard sirens and the two shitheads were taken away to the local precinct.

I hate kids.

This could've easily been an "Oh Snap" thread, but whatever.

Last night around 11:10 PM, I walked into my bathroom to piss as usual, only to hear a loud buzz coming from the right side of my bathroom. I looked and saw a giant wasp circling around the bathroom mirror, which I found quite unusual since all of the windows in my apartment have screens to keep out giant flying insects. Since large stinging insects like bees, hornets and wasps cause me to become extremely apprehensive and paranoid, I fled the bathroom and shut the door, hoping that the wasp would eventually die on its own. I went back in at 4:51 AM this morning (almost four hours ago) and saw it standing still on the shower curtain, but still apparently very much alive. Again, because I'm severely apiphobic, my body raced with extreme nervous tension. The door shut once again, I went back to my room, got dressed, and put on my old mask and gloves to protect my face and hands. After reentering the bathroom, I heard the wasp buzz again, and I sprayed Raid insecticide on it several times; the result was almost instantaneous. The wasp became paralyzed and slumped downward until hitting the floor, and to ensure death, I sprayed it several more times.

Right now, its body is in the garbage, and I hope this is the last time I will ever have to deal with any stinging insect in my apartment.

And I'm a bit nervous about it. I have a lot of things to get off my chest. This year has been so fucked up for me and I'm not looking forward to seeing how it ends.

This whole situation is sad. I can't believe I'm asking for money on NG. Unfortunately, I'm left with no other choice. I'm still shattered psychologically right now, and the flashbacks haven't gone away. I don't know how else to cope, except to continue staying at home. Since this whole thing happened, I haven't felt like going outside.

Yet for some reason, I'm not feeling well at all, and my urge to stab myself in the face is not going away.

I know it's New Years Eve, and I know most people are either partying or in Times Square...except me.

I just feel so bored and empty right now that I just feel like jumping in front of a bus.

Then again, I have felt this way all fucking week. I don't even have any vodka left to consume tonight. I have been biting my skin and scratching it with a dry pen for almost 10 minutes. 2007 feels like a wasted year to me, and I'm sure 2008 will be no different, unless I can somehow magically fill the void that has been in my life for so long. The way things are looking right now, that probably will not happen.

Fuck.
