One thing that I cannot emphasize enough: BRING A FUCKING UMBRELLA. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T.
So far, the plan is to still wait at the park entrance even if it rains heavily. There should be enough places within the park to seek refuge from the rain/winds.
